Typeface Feature Focus: July 2026

AI summary

Your brand guidelines, your approved creative, your published content: your team built all of it already. This month, Typeface gets better at putting that work to use, so you spend less time repeating yourself. Here's what's new in July:

  • Automatic Schema markup makes every new page AI-answer-engine-ready
  • Arc Graph converts uploaded brand documents into a governed Brand Kit
  • Email modules and customer journeys move losslessly between Typeface and SFMC
  • Plus: GIF exports for video, alternate paths when automation steps fail, HTML layout support, custom OAuth and Google Drive authentication, agent activity monitoring, and more.

Welcome back to Feature Focus.

July's updates are about making the work your team has already done go further: your brand guidelines, your approved email creative, and the web content you've been publishing for years.

This month's updates help you get more value from all of it without starting from scratch.

Let's dig in.

Most users today start their research in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews rather than a list of blue links. Typeface's answer is to make every piece of content readable by both people and agents from the moment it's created, not as a separate SEO pass, but built into the writing and publishing flow itself.

Two things power that today: the SEO and web content agent, which recommends keywords and structure based on top-ranking pages and real queries, and the AEO Analyzer, which scores content against a 25-point rubric and tells you exactly what to fix.

This month’s updates build on that foundation, making content even more discoverable for AI. Every new blog post and webpage now comes with automatically generated Schema markup, so answer engines can better interpret what you've written. Edit it however you like, or copy the JSON straight into your CMS.

Schema markup generation also runs as a standalone tool, so you can refresh older content and bring your whole library up to the same standard without a rebuild.

The second update helps every new page borrow authority from the content you've already built. Typeface now recommends semantic interlinks by finding high-performing pages closely related to what you're publishing, so your team gets suggested links and anchor text instead of manually digging through the content library.

Turn your brand guidelines into reusable AI knowledge

Your brand already lives in style guides, brand books, and creative documentation. But making that knowledge usable by AI has traditionally meant manual extraction, then repeating the process every time something changes. We’re automating that process.

You can now upload your existing brand documents and work samples into Arc Graph, and it automatically learns your voice, visual guidelines, and brand rules.

This is just the first step toward automating your living brand intelligence. More capabilities are coming in the months ahead.

Export individual email modules directly to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Content Builder, and import templates and layouts back with module extraction and editing intact. For Contentful users, the same now holds for web workflows: Marketers can now import Contentful entries into your web modules in the brand kit, then push updated layouts back, with no manual recreation required.

Bonus enhancements

  • Drop a GIF into an email or doc: GIF export turns any video into a shareable 5-second GIF, sized for email and docs.

  • Keep workflows running when a step fails: Route failed steps down an alternate path instead of stopping the entire run. One-click fixes, auto-generated test cases, and loop support for Typeface Collections make automations easier to build and maintain.

  • Generate content in your own HTML layouts: Bring existing HTML layouts into Typeface, create content directly within them, and edit with the built-in HTML editor.

  • Give IT control over authentication: Connect Typeface through your own OAuth setup and Google Drive through your own APIs, so authentication fits your existing enterprise security practices.

  • Monitor all agent activity in one place: Track agent triggers from a single dashboard for easier visibility and faster troubleshooting.

Typeface in the News

  • ADWEEK Tech Stack Award, Agentic AI
ADWEEK has named the Typeface Marketing Orchestration Engine a 2026 Tech Stack Award winner in the Agentic AI Product/Platform category.
The recognition highlights a challenge ADWEEK put plainly: "The real bottleneck is no longer content creation alone. It is the stalled handoffs, versioning errors, and compliance checks that slow campaigns before they reach the market."
The Marketing Orchestration Engine is built to close exactly that gap.

  • Fortune: Is your AI really working?
Typeface CRO Jamie Garverick was featured in Fortune, where he discusses why so many marketing teams feel stuck even as AI makes them more productive.
His point: content creation was never the real constraint. Approvals, handoffs, and compliance reviews are what slow teams down, and faster content generation can simply add more volume to an already congested pipeline.
The Fortune article explores what separates teams that are actually moving faster from those adding more tools without changing how they work.
