Arc Loop runs like a self-improving content engine: content goes live, Arc Loop measures how it performed, extracts what worked and what didn't, and feeds that back in the next time you create something. Instead of results sitting in a dashboard, they become the starting point for your next round of content.  

Both approaches start with your performance data, just applied differently. To improve an existing campaign, Arc Loop looks at that campaign's own results, flags what's underperforming, and generates stronger variants based on what's already working elsewhere in it. To start a new campaign, Arc Loop pulls in learnings from your historical campaign performance before you've written anything, so the new content begins with patterns that have already proven out.

There's no fixed, universal bar. You choose the metric that matters most for a given campaign, like CTR, open rate, or conversions, and Arc Loop ranks your own historical campaigns against that metric to surface what separated the strongest performers from the rest. If you don't specify one, Arc Loop falls back to a default metric for that channel. The comparison is always relative to your own data. 

You can either upload performance exports directly without any setup or connect your ad platforms and marketing data sources, so results flow in automatically after each campaign. Start with uploads and move to a live connection later if that's easier for your team.

There's no fixed minimum. Every recommendation shows the sample size it's based on, so your team can judge how much confidence to place in it. As a general rule, the more campaigns and sends you bring in, the sharper and more reliable the patterns Arc Loop can surface.

Arc Loop needs real campaign results to learn from, so it has the most to offer once some history is running through Typeface. In the meantime, your team creates campaigns as usual, and Arc Loop can start surfacing patterns as soon as performance data starts coming in.
