Talk to any marketing leader and you’ll hear the same challenge: “We have the data. We know the audience. But turning insights into personalized content at scale? That’s the hard part.”
That gap between audience insight and execution is exactly why Typeface built Arc Agents. Arc Agents are specialized AI marketing agents that plan, create, and orchestrate hyper-personalized, audience-specific, on-brand content across channels while automating complex workflows.
Now, we’re taking it further with deeper, agentic integrations across popular Salesforce tools like Slack, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Next. With these updates, marketers can now run automated, end-to-end workflows to power multi-channel campaigns without ever leaving their favorite Salesforce tools.
At Dreamforce 2025, we’re bringing to life four real-world workflows that show the power of these integrations:
Go from brief to activation in minutes with our Marketing Cloud Next integration
Manually setting up campaigns could take weeks. Now, with a deep integration between Typeface and Marketing Cloud Next, you can go from idea to launch in minutes.
It can be as simple as starting with a simple prompt in Marketing Cloud Next. For example, saying something like: “Create a post-webinar engagement campaign”. Agentforce automatically generates the scaffolding: a campaign brief, target segments from Data Cloud, and a complete cross-channel journey flow.
Next, Typeface agents generate the actual content. Emails, webpages, and social posts are drafted automatically, enriched with audience research, populated with approved DAM assets, and validated in real-time against your brand guidelines. All assets are assembled in Typeface Spaces, a collaborative canvas where teams can review, edit, and score content before it goes live.
Once approved, the full campaign, including audiences, journeys, and content, flows back into Marketing Cloud Next for orchestration and delivery.
Launch multi-channel campaigns from Slack
Marketers already spend much of their day in Slack: sharing briefs, giving feedback, and collaborating with their teams. With Typeface’s Slack integration, Slack transforms from a chat tool to a campaign launchpad.
Simply tag Typeface in Slack. For example, say: ‘Create a launch campaign for our new product’ and Typeface agents spring into action. They ground every step in your company’s knowledge base, analyze context from company information and lead data. They adapt to the right brand voice, apply audience segments defined in Salesforce Data Cloud, enforce brand rules from the Brand Hub, and generate a complete multi-channel campaign draft with emails, ads, and landing pages.
Your teams can then review, edit, and approve everything directly within Slack—no platform switching, no copy-paste. Once approved, the campaign can flow seamlessly into Marketing Cloud Next for orchestration and delivery.
Win more customers with faster, personalized outreach
When it comes to new leads, every minute counts: leads contacted within 5 minutes are 21× more likely to qualify. But too often, leads sit idle until a rep has time to respond. With Typeface’s Agentforce integration these delays disappear.
As soon as an inbound lead enters, Agentforce pulls in details about the lead and company. It then passes this information to Typeface, which analyzes the company and lead, reviews examples of past content, and automatically generates a personalized, context-rich, on-brand outreach email. Typeface also creates other supporting assets like LinkedIn posts or landing pages. Behind the scenes, Typeface uses approved visuals from DAM libraries to ensure every message is consistent and compliant with brand guidelines
By the time your sellers log in, the outreach email is already drafted, validated against brand standards, and ready for review. With Typeface agents running in the background, marketing shifts from being a campaign-by-campaign effort to a 24/7 engine—keeping outreach fast, personal, and brand-compliant.

Instantly use brand-approved assets with DAM Connect
Finding the right assets quickly without risking off-brand or outdated content has long been a challenge. Digital Asset Management (DAM) Connect solves this by embedding asset discovery and reuse directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
With semantic search, teams can instantly locate brand approved visuals, videos, and copy from DAM libraries. Once selected, assets flow seamlessly into Marketing Cloud Next, allowing campaigns to launch faster and with consistent quality across every channel and region.
Achieve more with Salesforce and Typeface
These integrations aren’t just about saving clicks; they automate the workflows that slow marketing down. With deep integration between, Salesforce and Typeface teams can:
Accelerate campaigns: By removing creative bottlenecks, teams accelerate time-to-market and reduce migration friction from legacy systems and turn a simple idea into a live, multi-channel campaign in minutes instead of weeks.
Stay on-brand: Every email, ad, and landing page is validated by Typeface against brand guidelines and powered by approved assets, ensuring consistent, compliant content at scale.
Work in your tool stack: Plan, build, review, and launch campaigns directly inside the tools you love and use, like Slack and Marketing Cloud Next.
Personalize at scale: Leverage real-time Salesforce data to deliver tailored outreach for every audience seamlessly.
Scale with confidence: Designed for Salesforce’s largest customers, these integrations connect seamlessly across Marketing Cloud, Slack, and Agentforce, enabling teams to run entire campaigns within the Salesforce ecosystem and delivering enterprise-ready, end-to-end workflow from day one.
