Today we are excited to announce new Typeface integrations in Data Cloud and across the Salesforce ecosystem to unlock innovation for personalized, data-driven, AI-generated content. Customers can now directly activate audience profiles in Data Cloud with rich personalized content across all channels and do it all seamlessly within existing Salesforce applications. We also unveiled a preview of Typeface Arc Agent, further extending our vision for multi-channel campaign curation and orchestration with agentic automation.
We are also enriching our multimodal capabilities with broader product innovations announced today and through two strategic acquisitions: Treat, bringing advanced visual harmonization AI, and Narrato, offering a robust collaboration and workflow engine. With our preview of Typeface Arc Agent, we are delivering our next set of capabilities for Typeface Arc. Arc Agent is our content intelligence system that automates workflows by seamlessly collaborating with your teams and other systems. It also deeply understands your brand and customers and delivers personalized content creation that is more relevant and engaging across marketing, sales, and support workflows.
This milestone brings a holistic solution for marketers and content creators, building on significant momentum with Salesforce customers and our recent introduction of Typeface Arc, our innovative AI-first campaign workflow. This unified approach reduces the need to redefine segments and enables real-time data flow, fueling personalized content, and automating multi-channel delivery. By transforming data into actionable content, businesses can create AI-choreographed customer journeys, ad campaigns, and web content with unprecedented efficiency and scale. Looking ahead, this sets up customers to pull richer insights around activation. How Typeface transforms the content lifecycle with Salesforce:
Imports customer segments from Data Cloud;

As part of our first look preview, Arc Agent can leverage Salesforce Data Cloud audience insights to curate targeted content and campaigns while seamlessly connecting with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to populate customer journeys with personalized content. And with our new Slack integration, Arc Agent streamlines content review and approvals by integrating them into existing communication channels, driving greater efficiency and scale across the content lifecycle.

They can also design multi-step journeys with follow-ups, enabling sales reps to respond with personalized content at scale. This process, which previously took weeks, now happens rapidly, significantly boosting business productivity. Arc Agent builds on today’s announcement of two strategic acquisitions joining the Typeface family and platform advancements, including a new visual inspiration studio for AI-powered ideation, expansion of Typeface Connect ecosystem with new integrations, and content explainability for enhanced trust and actionable content insights.
