Colleagues characterize me as an entrepreneur. I’m proud of being a founding member of the Core Systems at TaxBit, Personalization for Attentive, Office 365 platform at Microsoft and running the Video ADs product for Facebook. It’s all about the people for bringing projects to fruition, so I’m a student of how-to best mentor and coach my team. I’ve established organizations from ground zero and delivering 0 to 1 initiatives across enterprise product and infrastructure domains — distributed systems, cloud platforms, video, marketing tech and digital advertising. My engineering orgs pride themselves on the culture, energy, and camaraderie, which have allowed us to tackle some of the most challenging aspects for the business. I enjoy what I do.
